Notary Public (solicitors) is people who complete training, pay fees, and become registered and licensed in your state.

Notaries should maintain their current training and pay fees for the renewal to maintain their registration status notary of your state.

Notary is the process in a single sign documents and / or give an oath, after proving who they are with identification (such as a driver's license or passport, and usually a fingerprint). The two most common types of writing notary / procedures are the recognition and Jurat.Recognition describes a process of witnesses, documents, stamping, and approving a document.

A notary is often supporting a site that is attached to the original document signed, as a separate page.Other times, the notary is carried out by stamping and approving the same document that is signed by the individual.

Recognition is required for any document to be registered by the Court, County Recorder or Recorder of Deeds.

Distinctive documents that require notarization comprise works, deeds of trust, mortgage, enforcement of judgments, assignment of rights, leases some, powers that may involve real estate, and many other types of documents.

Recognition is one of the universal types of deeds. In the implementation of an acknowledgment, the notary confirms that:

1) The signer in person appeared before the notary.
2) The author was completely identified by the notary.
3) The undersigned admits the notary that the signature was done freely for the purposes stated in the text.

After confirming the signer's identity and obtaining the fingerprint and getting a paycheck, notarized signature recognition puts his seal, which is generally a rubber stamp. Some notaries are using a stamp in relief to generate raised letters, which confirms the novelty of the document.

If the California Notary does not use a metal stamp seal, sign the form in blue ink so you can make sure everyone knows that you have an original copy.

A Jurat is a "written statement", which in fact is a step beyond what acknowledgment is, as described above.

In the execution of a Jurat, a notary certifies:
1) the oath or affirmation was administered i.e., "Do you solemnly swear

2) The author was positively identified.
3) The notary witnessed the signing at the time of notarization.
4)The signer personally appeared before the notary at the time of notarization.

The main difference with the Recognition of Jurat is that the Jurat is sworn under oath, and recognition is not.As with Acknowledgments, phrase Jurat and procedures vary by state.
