A series of activities need to be followed for recycling process, to begin with, the waste materials need to be collected and sorted, then these materials are send for processing to manufacture finished product and then consumers’ purchase of these products for use. The process can be managed in a more efficient and optimized way, when the three R’s of waste management are practiced, viz. reduces, reuse and recycle. There are certain ways to reduce waste which must be followed in the beginning.

With the reduction in the consumption and composting of organic waste one can reduce use of products, then by refusing to use disposable things like plastic bags and polystyrene one can decrease consumption. Reusing can be said when somebody is using the same product over and again without buying a new one till the time it become completely unusable. One can use the product in the same way as he has been using it or may use it in a different way as per requirement.

The last thing that is done for waste management is recycle which is very important and is very helpful as well for the environment. The recycling systems must be properly developed and utilized in order to get the optimum benefit of recycling. This process helps the environment to a great extent, with this there is less deposition of waste material in landfills and they also help to protect flora and fauna. Toxic solid waste from factories can be checked with the use of this process.

It also helps in saving natural resources from depleting, with more and more product available for recycling, the demand for new raw materials become less, like in case of paper recycle where the requirement for felling new trees have become less. This process also helps in energy saving in terms of electricity and other resources as producing items from fresh raw materials requires less energy as there is a huge process involved to procure the materials for the production of energy. The proper management of waste system is very important for the overall growth of the country.

With this system more jobs are generated as human resources are required to carry on the process. With this process a strong economy can be built as they insist on saving in whatever way possible. One can also take up recycling as a profession and earn huge income with this method. Hence, it can be said that recycling can create a revolution in many spheres if done properly
