1. Drink as much as water as possible. Drinking a lot of water is helpful tip that you can keep in mind. Weight loss is very much possible if you drink lots of water as it drains out the toxins and extra fat from your body and prevents dehydration.

2. Instead of eating less food, try to add new items to your diet chart. Eat less of fat and more of protein, carbohydrates, minerals and fibers. Eat more vegetables and fruit.
3. Try to eat only when you feel hungry. If you have the habit of munching always, throw that away and try to eat during hunger as in that scenario you will eat more food in less times.
4. Fill your kitchen with easily made food and wholesome food. Any form of vegetables will do of course not fried once, low fat cheese, pies, black rice, readymade salads etc are few things that you can keep. If you feel the urge to buy fast food, keep the ingredients at home so that you can cut on the fat.
5. Finally exercise a lot. Make it a routine to work out at least twice a day for about 30 minutes.
